Payment Agreement Terms for Amour Women:

This Payment Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Amour Women, LLC, ("Company") and the individual or entity ("Client") making payment for services rendered by the Company to the Client. By making payment, the Client agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Cancellation: The Client reserves the right to cancel the service at any time. However, there shall be no refunds provided by the Company for any payments made.
2. No Guarantees: The Company does not guarantee any specific outcomes or results from the services provided. The Client acknowledges that the success of their business or connections made is dependent on their own efforts and actions.
3. Client Responsibility: The Client acknowledges and agrees that they are solely responsible for their own business growth and for making connections. The Company provides information and resources, but the Client must actively utilize them and take initiative to achieve their desired results.
4. Mediation Costs: In the event of any dispute or disagreement arising between the Company and the Client, the Client shall bear all costs associated with mediation or dispute resolution.
5. Membership Acceptance: The Company reserves the right to reject any individual or entity from becoming a member of the group or accessing services provided by the Company, without providing any reason or explanation.
6. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
7. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [State/Country], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
8. Amendments: No amendment or modification of this Agreement shall be valid or binding unless made in writing and signed by both parties.

By making payment, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
