Tired is what happens after a long day. Sleep fixes tired.

Depleted is different.

Depleted is waking up already behind. It is being the strongest woman in every room and the least held woman in your own house. It is loving your life and quietly wondering when you stopped being in it.

If you have been calling it tired for years, I understand why. Tired sounds temporary. Tired does not require anyone to change anything.

But you already know the difference. That is why you are here.

Why the vacation did not work

You have already tried the obvious thing. The weekend away. The spa day. The two weeks off. It helped for about four days after you got back, and then the feeling returned so completely that you decided something must be wrong with you.

Nothing is wrong with you.

Rest treats the symptom. It does not touch the cause. Because burnout at your level is rarely a scheduling problem. It is an identity problem wearing a calendar’s clothing. Somewhere along the way, being needed started feeling safer than being known.

You cannot rearrange that in a weekend. You can begin naming it in a week, and naming it is the entire beginning.

What you are actually getting

This is not a PDF of tips you will skim and forget. It is a complete week, built to be finished.

1. The 24-page workbook. Seven days of teaching, one idea per day, one page each. No filler and nothing to keep up with. Every teaching page is followed by a practice page with real room to write, because a workbook you cannot write in is just a document.

2. The fillable digital edition. The same workbook, built to type into. Print it or fill it on your laptop. Whichever version you will actually finish is the right one.

3. The Boundary Script Cards™. The exact words for the five conversations you have been avoiding, formatted as printable cards. Your husband. Your children. Your friend. Your workplace. Your extended family. Keep them where you can see them, because the boundary you have only written is a wish.

4. Seven morning emails. One arrives each day of your recovery week. Fifteen minutes, one idea, and a woman on the other end who has walked it. This is the piece that makes the difference between a workbook you bought and a week you finished.

5. Day Eight. The honest conversation about what one week can and cannot do. Most people will not tell you this part. I will.

Inside the week

Before you begin. The Burnout Audit™. Twelve honest statements and a score that tells you where you actually are. Most women say this page alone was worth it.

Day One. Name what is draining you. Including the distinction that saves women from cutting the wrong things.

Day Two. Build the boundaries that protect it. Twelve worth borrowing, three you will actually keep.

Day Three. Say it out loud. The day most women skip, and the one that changes the most.

Day Four. Refill your soul, and why a manicure will not. The maintenance versus soul-fuel inventory.

Day Five. Put your own name in your calendar. Seven appointments with you in them.

Day Six. Teach it, so they stop asking you to be endless. This is the day it stops being about you and starts being about your daughter.

Day Seven. Keep it. What carries forward when the week ends.

Day Eight. What actually happens in week three, and what it takes to stay changed.

Who this is for

The woman who holds everything together. Who is exhausted in a way that sleep does not touch. Who performs beautifully and feels almost nothing. Who is the person everyone calls and could not tell you who she calls. Who has thought I just need one week more than once this year.

She is a working mom, or a caregiver, or a founder, or an executive, or all four in the same afternoon. She is the recovering people-pleaser who says yes and resents it four seconds later. She is overwhelmed and would never use that word out loud about herself.

If any of that landed, this was written for you.

Who this is not for

If you want a productivity system, you already have enough of those. This week will ask you to say something out loud to a real person by Wednesday. If you are not willing to do that, save your money and come back when you are.

The Amour Method™ teaches holistic wealth in all five forms: mental, physical, spiritual, relational and financial. It has been featured in over 490 publications. This workbook is the doorway into it.

I did not build this from research. I built it from the years I spent wearing the superwoman badge with pride, running on empty and calling it love. God had called me to more, and I could not carry more from an empty cup.

I am not on the other side of you, Lovey. I am a few steps ahead, turning around.

Format: Instant digital download. 24-page PDF workbook, fillable PDF edition, printable Script Cards, and a seven day email companion delivered to your inbox. Yours to keep and return to.

The questions women ask before they say yes

Am I burned out, or am I just tired?
Tired responds to rest. If you take a real break and the relief disappears within days of returning, you are not tired. You are depleted, and it is structural rather than a lack of sleep. The Burnout Audit inside this workbook gives you a real score in two minutes.

How do I know if I am burned out?
The signs most checklists miss: you wake up already behind, you say yes and resent it four seconds later, you are the person everyone calls and could not name who you call, rest makes you feel guilty instead of restored, and no one in your life knows how exhausted you actually are. Three or more of those is not a busy season.

How long does it take to recover from burnout?
One honest week creates the clarity. Sustained change usually takes closer to twelve weeks, because the identity underneath it, the one that decided being needed is safer than being known, does not dissolve in seven days. This workbook is the first week and it tells you the truth about the rest.

Can a workbook actually help with burnout?
Only if you write in it. That is why this one is built around practice pages rather than tips, and why seven morning emails come with it. A workbook you buy and file changes nothing. A week you actually finish changes what you are willing to carry.

Is this for working moms and caregivers?
Yes, and especially. The women this was written for are carrying children, aging parents, a household, a business, or some exhausting combination. Fifteen minutes a morning was chosen deliberately, because that is what a woman with no margin actually has.

Is this a Christian resource?
It is faith-rooted, and it is honest about that. Scripture, prayer and the conviction that God created you with limits on purpose run all the way through it. It is not a Bible study, and you do not have to share my faith to use it. But if you have been carrying a Proverbs 31 standard that nobody ever asked you to carry alone, you will find yourself in these pages.

I have started things like this before and not finished them.
Every woman I work with has. That is exactly why the seven morning emails exist. Things you begin with a person on the other end get finished at a very different rate than things you begin with a download.

Is this therapy?
No, and it is not a substitute for it. This is guided reflection and practical boundary work from a certified life coach. If you are dealing with anxiety, depression or anything that concerns you, please also speak with a licensed professional. The two are not in competition.

What exactly do I get?
The 24-page workbook, a fillable digital edition, the printable Boundary Script Cards, and seven morning emails. Instant download, yours to keep, no expiry.

How is this different from the free Burnout Audit?
The Audit tells you where you stand. This tells you what to do about it, gives you the exact words for the five conversations, and walks you through the week with you.
