You have already been holding these women together.
You are the one they call. The one who remembers the birthdays, checks on the marriage nobody else asks about, answers the text at eleven at night. You have been doing this for free, alone, with nothing to hand them.
This gives you something to hand them.
Eight weeks. Your table, your living room, your office after hours. Six to twelve women walking through The Glue Woman together, saying out loud what they have been carrying quietly. You bring the women. I bring everything else.
The first time a woman in your circle says “I thought I was the only one,” you will understand why this exists.

WHY I WROTE THIS
I knew very young that I was the glue.
I was the one who held things together. The one people could depend on. The one who stepped in, figured it out, helped, fixed, carried and made sure everybody was okay.
And for a long time, I thought that was just who I was.
As I got older, though, being the glue got heavier. I was carrying so much that I didn’t even know what belonged to me anymore. I just knew I was tired. And I didn’t know I was allowed to put any of it down.
I started asking God to show me another way.
And little by little, He did.
He showed me that being the Glue Woman wasn’t the problem. There are gifts He placed inside of me that make me who I am. I love deeply. I serve. I lead. I see what needs to be done and I know how to get it done. I believe God designed me with those gifts.
But He never designed me to carry everything.
That changed everything for me.
God started showing me what was actually mine to carry and what I had picked up along the way. He showed me where I was giving too much of myself, where I was stepping into things He never asked me to step into, and where I was using beautiful gifts in ways that were leaving me empty.
I thought I was helping.
Sometimes I was.
And sometimes I was carrying something God never gave me.
That is why I wrote The Glue Woman.
I wanted women like me to finally have language for what we’ve been living. I wanted you to understand that you don’t have to stop being loving, dependable, strong, generous or gifted to become free.
You just have to learn what belongs in your hands.
And I wanted you to know something else I had to learn: we were never meant to do this alone. We need God, and we need healthy community around us.
Today, I still get to be the woman God created me to be. I still love. I still give. I still lead. I still use every gift He gave me.
I just use them differently now.
And I get to enjoy the life God gave me without being emptied by everything and everybody around me.
That freedom is what I want for you too.

You are not being asked to teach
Every host says the same thing before she says yes. I am not qualified to lead this. You are not leading a class. You are opening a door and sitting down with them. The material carries the room. Your only job is to go first.
What arrives in your inbox
- The Glue Woman™ Host Guide, start to finish
- Session maps for all eight weeks, including what to read, what to ask, and where the room usually goes quiet
- Invitation wording you can send as-is, so you are not staring at a blank screen
- An email from me the day before every session
- Host pricing on the books
The eight weeks
Weeks one through three name the pattern. How she learned to carry it, and who taught her. Weeks four and five sit honestly in what it has cost. Weeks six through eight are the putting down: boundaries, what was never hers to hold, and what a Free Glue Woman™ actually looks like on an ordinary Tuesday.
FROM A WOMAN READING IT NOW
What happens when she opens it
“I just finished the first chapter and I am absolutely hooked. It is such an easy and relatable read, and I am loving every moment of it. I cannot wait to dive into more and discover what God has in store for us through your study.”
“I was just telling my husband and my girls. I cannot wait to do this, and I think this is a study so many women are going to want to do.”
“I truly enjoyed reading her newest book, The Glue Woman. It helped you to take a look at yourself as to what type of woman you are and gave good advice to help you take care of yourself. The most impactful one for me was The Woman Everyone Depends On. I also loved that she said a prayer for you after each type of woman that was presented. All in all, I rate her book EXCELLENT.”

Who this is for
The woman whose friends already come to her. The one hosting Bible study in her living room, running the women’s ministry, leading the team, holding the group chat together. You have been doing this work uncredited for years. This time you get the material, the support, and a seat inside the circle instead of only holding it up.
I read every application myself and reply within two business days.
